Delivery Terms

TrackWay provides international freight delivery services in accordance with the following terms.

1. Delivery Timeframes

1.1. Standard delivery times:

  • Within Kazakhstan: 1-3 business days
  • CIS countries: 3-7 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • Asia: 5-12 business days
  • America: 10-15 business days

2. Pricing

2.1. The cost of delivery is calculated based on:

  • Actual weight of the shipment
  • Volumetric weight
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected service type

3. Packaging

3.1. Packaging requirements:

  • Sturdy outer packaging
  • Protective material inside
  • No packaging damage
  • Proper labeling

4. Insurance

4.1. All shipments are automatically insured for up to 50,000 tenge.

4.2. Additional insurance is available for an extra fee.

5. Restrictions

5.1. The following items are prohibited for transportation:

  • Dangerous goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Cash
  • Precious metals
  • Weapons and ammunition
